A small company located in Santa Ana, CA with a total of 5 employees.  With a long love for the automotive industry, the company was built around the motivation to provide high quality custom products, at very affordable prices.   While once being the consumers ourselves, playing victim to large companies with even larger prices, we decided to enter into the market with another type of business plan.  By keeping the majority of manufacturing, R and D, testing, and marketing under one roof, we are able to react to consumer demand quickly and offer our solutions affordably.

We are always open to new ideas, and are not afraid to try new and risky product ventures.  If there is an idea for an improvement on our existing product, or an idea for a new product, then we want to hear about it.  We also prefer to be very competitive and aggressive with our pricing.  We try to take part in the automotive communities and always look forward to feedback about our products and service.  We always stand by our products, and will work to satisfy every customer in any way we can.

We like to think of ourselves as changing the aftermarket industry in our own small way.  The products we offer will be great products, at great prices.  We research, manufacture, and sell all of our products ourselves, giving us total control of all aspects.  That means no one to blame but us, and enjoy taking full responsibility for our products.  So when you purchase products from us, you are supporting a different way of doing business as an aftermarket company.  We greatly appreciate this support and would hope you would share any positive feelings about our company with other enthusiasts.


POLICIES

Warranty
All Kinetix Racing products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect.  Bushings, Ball joints, and other movable parts that are subject to wear and tear are covered by a 1 year warranty. Our warranty policy, including the 1 yr wear and tear warranty is non-transferable. You must be the original owner of the product and have some form of receipt, invoice or proof of purchase to start a warranty claim. If you need to start a warranty claim please contact us at Kinetixracing@hotmail.com.  If an RMA# is issued, we are not responsible for return shipping charges to Kinetix Racing.  Please allow 1-2 week for warranty claims to be processed and resolved.

Liability
Kinetix suspension products are intended for off road use only and should only be installed by a qualified mechanic. Kinetix Racing LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages due to use of these suspension parts on any public highway or street.

Please check local laws regarding aftermarket exhaust. Our exhaust parts are 49 state legal. They do not have a CARB number's associated with them.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of payment receipt, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Domestic orders are shipped Fedex Ground or Express depending on the service chosen at checkout. International orders ship USPS Priority Mail International or Express International depending on the service chosen at checkout. Sorry, will-call pickup is not currently available due to zoning restrictions.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master-card, Discover, Paypal and Certified Funds (Money Order, Cashiers Check, etc.).  Orders will not be shipped until personal check clears.

Returns
Returns can be accepted within 30 days after date of purchase on un-installed parts only.  All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Please contact us at Kinetixracing@hotmail.com if you have a return issue.
